OK, so since I posted that survey a little while ago and obviously sparked your interest in music licensing (ha), and some people even reached out and wanted to read my paper, I decided to put it on here. I interviewed some interesting musicians who gave some cool insight on the future of the music industry and more specifically, their experiences with licensing music. Due to time constraints and my other finals, this isn’t exactly perfect, but it’s one of the first topics I’ve written on that I’m actually genuinely interested in. So here it is. Oh, and my teacher told us he’s not concerned with the way we cite things- so the citations may not be correct. Enjoy!
